Therapy Massage

Bio:

Relax your body and unwind your mind with an aromatherapy or deep tissue massage. Treat yourself to an indulgent experience as I make you the focus of my attention. I offer relaxing acupressure massage or sports style massage for knots and injuries, and most treatments will use a blend of the two styles, unless you prefer otherwise.

Massage is wonderful for releasing tension and toxins from the body and healing injuries. A treatment boosts the immune system and re-sets the nervous system, calms the mind and promotes deeper, more restorative sleep. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and with a fresh perspective on life.

As a therapeutic treatment, massage is best enjoyed about once every ten days or ideally every week. Receive a 20% discount if you book 3 sessions or more in advance.

I'm available for incalls from 11am to around 10pm and I can offer outcalls at your location anytime if you can pay for taxi or perhaps collect me yourself. I am available on weekends. Usually I require an hour's notice, and you're welcome to book in advance to secure a time for your treatment.

To tell you a bit about me, I'm English, in my thirties, and I trained in Indonesia, India and Mexico. I also work as a Reiki healer and teacher, and I especially love leading guided meditations.

I charge 60 for an hour's massage, 90 for ninety minutes or 110 for two hours. I can offer a half hour session for 30 or 45 minutes for 45.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, to discuss your treatment and to ask about optional extras. I also manufacture my own body lotions and I can create bespoke products using natural, organic ingredients and herbal remedies. For example I can make an ointment for joint pain or lotion for eczema. I hope to hear from you soon!
