  a lot of drama with this one, so where do I begin? She is mostly positively reviewed but there are some issues I can confirm.

  Communications is absolute crap as you can't get her to answer for days, will keep you waiting on the street for eternity, probably double booking, etc. I guess she is popular and busy.
