Hot oil swedish/traditional body massage
with very satisfying HE in the and, which will allow you to unwind and relax in every possible way.
30mins cover back massage and HE.
1hr cover back, back of legs, neck, shoulders, chest and HE.
1,5hr cover back, back of legs, front legs, neck, shoulders, chest, feet and hands.
2hrs covers all above plus face treatment (cleansing, toning, face mask) followed by amazing face and scalp massage. Oil is not being heat up in the microwave to stays warm for few minutes only. I keep oil carafe in the electric warmer so oil stays hot until end of the massage. After HE you'll be cleaned up with hot and sanitised disposable mitts as it is highly recommended NOT to shower straight after massage. Your circulation/blood flow is increased and oil being absorbed by the muscles helps keep your healing process going.
Facial using hot wax is also available within this offer and it's 10 extra. Hot waxing has numerous benefits! It extends re-growth periods, hydrates your skin, and its firmer grip removes even stubborn 1 mm hairs!
Balinese Massage

HOT STONES
- Hot stone therapy makes use of heated stones to relax the tension and relieve muscle pains. The rocks are either placed on different body areas or held by the therapist while massaging. Meanwhile, deep tissue involves using pressure. It s helpful for people with tight muscles, soreness, or injury. This one is more intense than most of the others. This requires at least 1hr notice prior booking!!

HOT CHOCOLATE
- Due to cocoa s active constituents, it relieves anxiety and stress by producing and secreting endorphins in the body, which are more commonly known as happiness hormones. The rich scent and the smooth feel create a relaxing atmosphere during the massage, having a calming effect. It also contains theobromine, which helps to burn fat, and besides, it nourishes, firms, hydrates, and moisturises the skin. This therapy serves as luxury indulgence for all senses. While being covered in one of nature s most sumptuous treats, you can experience pure pleasure. During such a massage warm, liquid chocolate is applied to the body and rubbed. A hot chocolate massage is not a therapeutic massage but rather a relaxing and indulging treatment where you get pampered and take a well-deserved minute just for yourself. I use highly organic cocoa chocolate drops which will be melted in front of you. I do not use cheap chocolate you can buy in any corner shop which contain plenty of preservatives and unnecessary bad fats, palm oil or sugar and then melt it in a microwave I ve been taught by the masters to melt suitable among of cocoa and mix it with carrier oil, which allows to penetrate and nourish the skin.

Before every treatment your feet will get a little treat with the hot and sanitised disposable mitts to disinfect them and make them safe to work on.
Also, once again, whether you receive ANY kind of oil massage, it is very important to not shower straight after treatment. Leave a few hour buffer period before doing so. When in the shower or a bath, the surface of the skin has increased blood circulation, which after a massage can lead to surface congestion.
